FDI it´s a holding dedicated to develop content fo internet mobile. Evolution of telecomunications in a few years will allow millions of persons to access internet through their mobiles handsets, at FDI we are focus on application and games content generation, social media engagement and geolocalization, basic type of content for this era. FDI dedicates sustancial part of funds into smaill companies and areas that consider key for industry content to develop. FDI supports it´s cost structure providing consultantcy services to companies that are part of the holding or third parties as long as there are strategic synergies for FDI. We provide training for enterprenuers and investors, our business center is specialized on internet, mobile and technology and we offer consultant services on capital expansion, entrance to international markets and company selling interests.

Well known entrepreneur and investor, founder and CEO of the extremely successful company MyAlert up until 2003. Chairman as well of Berggi Inc and Zipclip Inc. companies with a Mobile 2.0 mass market approach, recently sold to the American investment group Goez Mobile. His great entrepreneurial background, makes of him a great lecturer on the topic. Many investors and starters attend his courses at FDI Internet & Mobile in collaboration with E-gauss. Those courses are focused on people with an interest on the Mobile Internet.
Raúl Mata Jiménez
Funder and CEO
Raúl it´s an Industrial Engineer specialized on Industry Organization by Politecnica University of Madrid, Spain. He holds a Human Resources Master by IDE CESEM. MyAlert VP until 2001, year company was sold to italian group Buongiorno.
Gonzalo Soto Aguirre
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Gonzalo holds an Economics Science and Business bachelor, he has broad experience on the financial area that he started at auditory department on KPMG. After three years he joined Corporate Finance department at PWC, as a senior consultant he focused on due diligence process and company valuations operations. On 2000 he joined Recollects Group where he developed different positions on financial department, ultimately he took responsibility as media planning and financial analysis director for Recoletos. On year 2008 he joined Mobile Dreams Factory. S.L.a prestigious mobile marketing company as partner and financial director. Currently Gonzalo have responsibility as CFO at FDI, he joined the company on June 2010. Gonzalo its a member of the Accounting, Account Auditory and ¨PDG Institute given by IESE.
Alfredo Expósito
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Aflredo it´s a Telecommunication Engineer. He has developed experiences through his career in most of the mobile business areas,such as: commercial, business development, business analysis, consultant and IT. He started as a program designer and developer of automatic systems for the current infraststructure company Telefónica owns. He joined MyAlert as developer of data base center for the company he continued at Buongiorno where he had the opportunity to go abroad and work in England and EE.UU as CRM Director and Business Analyst.
Cristina Meléndez Martín-Peralta

Cristina its a Telecommunications Engineer. After working some time at companies like Axess Telecomunications, Alava Engineers she joined FDI to collaborate in different companies of the holding. On 2011 she takes responsibility of selection and organization of training courses focus on mobile internet market needs.
Cristina Erroz
Latin America Business Development
Cristina it´s a Systems Engineer and ICADE (Spain) MBA. She has developed her career on new technologies commercial area. She has been Client Support Specialist and Sales Liason at Reuters (Thompson Reuters) and participated on Advanced Communication Network company launching, one of the first companies that offer local and international data and voice services in Panama after local PTT open market. She worked for Buongiorno based on Spain as one of the business people responsible for developing opportunities for advertisers and media companies thru mobile and internet channels. After that, she joined Berggi on business development dealing with partner alliances, improving platform and client acquisition.
Babur Ozden
EE.UU Business Development
Babur holds a Computer Science degree from Texas University (EE.UU) and Rive University (EE.UU) MBA. Babur was COO at DataCert, world-wide leader on automatic invoice software services. On year 2006 he joined Berggi as CEO, provider of mobile applications for Spain, EE.UU and China. He has experience on internet, mobile, social media, software as service, cloud computing and business developing in Europe, America and Asia. Currently he provides consulting services to companies such as: Transpera, SnapShop, ATDynamics, emota, Twaango, Hakia and Salamander across EE.UU.
Sally May
China Business Development
Sally its responsable for FDI in Shangay Asia. During ten years she worked for Tsinghua Tongtang, a well-known China University as an expert on IT Outsourcing and Business. She has a bachelor on Business Administration and Micro Electronics Science. Her mission is to introduce in China spanish companies that would like to expand operations into Asian market. She advise companies and guide them find investors interested in spanish companies to invest.
